- F.E.M.A. Elevation Certificates
- Prepare Land Survey with property corner elevations, existing entry level elevation, FEMA flood zone and B.F.E (base flood elevation)
a. Add Average Front Yard Setbacks of properties on same side of road within 200’ (may be required by Municipality for Building Permit Application)
b. Add existing roof ridge heights (may be required if house is to be raised.) - Construction packages available
a. Set NAVD’88 benchmark
b. Stakeout proposed work (piles, foundations)
c. Foundation locations (may be required by Municipality)
d. Final Survey for certificate of occupancy
e. Final FEMA Elevation Certificate (required for flood insurance)
